How do I get a final quote and order?
Send region + denomination + required account fields via Crisp chat; pay after you receive the total. Steps: open live chat with your request.
Can I buy at compare-page prices directly?
Not by default. Compare pages are for research; confirmed quote from support is what counts.
Which payment methods are supported?
Wise is preferred. Confirm other methods with support before paying.
Wrong Player ID on direct top-up?
Most direct top-ups cannot be reversed. Double-check region and ID; see risk notes on each compare page.
How are PIN / CDK codes delivered?
After payment confirmation we send the code and redeem steps via Crisp / email — see Delivery.
Refunds?
Digital direct top-ups are usually non-refundable; unpaid intent orders can be cancelled.
