Refunds

You may request a review when:

• The product has a verifiable defect not caused by the user
• The request is made within 14 days of purchase
• If approved, refunds usually return to the original payment method (about 7 business days)

Returns

Digital goods are delivered instantly and are generally not returnable. Exceptions:

• PIN codes proven unusable, claimed within 14 days
• Codes that have not been redeemed / used

Virtual goods

• Direct top-up credited to an account is treated as consumed and usually cannot be reversed
• Paying implies you understand digital delivery is hard to undo
• Delivered PINs / virtual items are generally non-refundable except for proven defects
